Putting the future back into Bracknell

Welcome to marketstreetbracknell.com. This web site has been set up by Campmoss Property Company Ltd to illustrate and to obtain local opinion on the company's proposed development at Market Street, Bracknell. A planning application was submitted in December 2005.

Considerable discussion has taken place with Planning Officers at the Council bearing in mind the lengthy planning delays in respect of the Town Centre Scheme. Market Street is an important part of the regeneration of Bracknell. Campmoss, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permissions, is prepared to demolish the existing vacant and redundant buildings and commence this development in Market Street.

This should have the effect of stimulating the much required revitalisation of Bracknell Town Centre.

Our scheme provides for 155 apartments, 59 of which will be available for key workers. Offices have been included to provide facilities for local businesses to operate within the town. At ground floor level shops have been included to revitalise Market Street and a leisure and crèche amenity will be provided at first floor level.
